Rivit Co — Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Rivit Flex Ring™. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom only. We're not currently able to offer returns or exchanges on international orders — see “International orders” below for details.
Your legal right to cancel
In addition to our 30-day policy below, if you're a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This statutory right applies regardless of our own returns policy and cannot be reduced by it — our 30-day window is an extension of this, not a replacement.
Our 30-day return policy
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with any original packaging
- Please contact us first, before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and provide instructions
How to start a return
Email us at sales@rivitco.co.uk
with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you instructions, including a prepaid return label.
Return shipping
Returns are free — we cover the cost of return shipping, including for change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window. We'll provide a prepaid return label when we confirm your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. This is faster than the legal minimum, which requires refunds within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or evidence that you've sent it). Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund in your account.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, you have additional legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of the 30-day window above. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll sort this out at no cost to you.
International orders
This returns policy applies to orders delivered within the UK only. We do not currently accept returns or offer refunds for orders shipped outside the UK.
